Job Description
The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for the daily operations of all accounts payable, payroll operations, and expense functions for Allegis Global Solutions (AGS). Responsibilities include the accurate and timely completion of weekly payroll, vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and disbursement processing.
Responsibilities:
Manage the accounts payable function and resolve any payment inquiries made internally or by external customers
Manage data entered into Peoplesoft and communications with vendors regarding unpaid invoices
Analyze and draft amendments to accounts payable procedures to comply with policies and regulatory requirements
Ensure functionality of accounts payable policies and procedures, including internal control procedures, and update as necessary
Develop and monitor metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of AP operations and drive exceptional efficiency and service
Manage reconciling items and participate in the annual audit
Resolve any payment inquiries made internally or by external customers
Process AGS internal expense reports and audit for accuracy and compliance
Track and process all AGS travel statements
Process multi-vender consolidated invoices for AGS MSP programs using VSL templates for payment uploads
Manage payroll operations ensuring the accurate and timely processing of scheduled payrolls, resolving technical and processing issues, and implementing functionality enhancements where needed.
Develop AP and Payroll staff through formal and informal coaching, appropriate assignments and the performance evaluation process to ensure work is appropriately prioritized and processed effectively
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree is required, in Accounting or Finance
Three to five years of accounting experience and supervisory experience in accounting · Good interpersonal skills with ability to effectively work in a team oriented environment
Strong communication skills and problem solving skills
Excellent customer service skills
Must be organized and detail oriented

Compensation
Per Pay Transparency Acts: The range for this position is $67,500 – 95,000 bonus potential of up to $5,000.
