Job Summary:
Plan, organize, & coordinate the activities of program(s) designed to assist participants with services designed to increase their independence. Manage & provide supervision for assigned staff to complete program goals & objectives. Medicaid experience required. Must have valid driver license with personal auto insurance as well as pass background & driver record check.

Education &/or Experience:
Bachelors degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience &/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following:

Provide input to supervisor in preparing an annual budget for the delivery of services provided.

Develop & implement approved proposals for new services.

Establish & maintain good working relationships with participants, referral agencies, community partners & all team members.

Submit data & participate in analysis to support the continuous improvement outcome reporting system.

Participate in WFS department meetings, upon request.

Seek new sources of revenue that meet Goodwills mission & align with strategic planning.

Provide supervision & leadership to assigned staff.
