You Are:
A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP and Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP and Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.
The Work:
While driving quality in our solutions be able to provide deep expertise for the following:
Constantly learn and bring new technologies and innovative solutions to our clients
Champion people on your team to succeed professionally and personally
Demonstrate ability to cope with growing complexity and creativity in design by thinking outside the box
Apply both business and functional knowledge and develop strategies all through the use of quality processes and methodologies
Planning, constructing and executing responsibilities
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25 to 80% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here’s What You Need:
Minimum 10 years experience with SAP or Oracle Utilities applications
Minimum of 3 years experience in supporting the Utilities Industry or clients
Minimum of 5 years supporting/working with a large Consulting company
Minimum 5 years experience managing or delivering a SAP or Oracle Project or Program in excess of 10M
Minimum of 1 year experience with: SAP or Oracle Transformations, Pre-sales activities and sales pursuits, and leading large implementation teams
Bachelors degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
Bonus Points If:
Experience with least one S/4 HANA or CCB/MDM/C2M/CCS implementation project environment
Experience understanding and managing change to the business.
Experience understanding the value case and driving decisions based on value to the business.
Prior customer-facing roles to ensure client management is preferred
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Colorado $131,000 to $261,300
District of Columbia $139,600 to $278,200
New York $121,400 to $302,400
Maryland $121,400 to $241,900
Washington $139,600 to $278,200
