Are you a product leader passionate about shaping the future of work?
We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Product to join our high-performing team at UKG. You will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution of our market-leading HCM products, impacting the lives of millions of employees worldwide.
You will collaborate closely with senior product leadership to define and execute a compelling product strategy that delivers exceptional value to our customers. You will help develop the product roadmap, focused on innovation and customer centricity. By leveraging data-driven insights and a deep understanding of customer needs, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with the product leadership teams to develop and execute a product strategy aligned with the overall business objectives
• Work closely with engineering to deliver high quality solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to launch new products to market
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product team
Required/minimum qualifications:
• 5 years of product management experience in SaaS applications within an Agile environment
• 2 years of experience leading product teams in a management role
• We work in a collaborative hybrid model. 3 days per week in the office is required. Local candidates preferred.
Preferred:
• HCM product management experience
• Comfortable and experienced presenting to various audiences and levels
• Experience working with both technical and business user communities
• Strong use of analytics, user research and business cases to drive decisions and improve products

The pay range for this position is $137,900 to $198,250, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
