Office Assistant Needed for Fast-Paced Real Estate Office!

Position: Office Assistant Location: Ormond Beach

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to agents and brokers

Manage calendars, appointments, and client communication

Prepare contracts, listings, and real estate documents

Maintain client files, track transactions, and handle data entry

Assist with marketing efforts including social media and property listings

Coordinate with vendors, inspectors, and contractors

Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained

Requirements:

Organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software (preferred)

Experience in real estate or a fast-paced office environment (a plus!)

salary: $17 – $18 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8:30 AM – 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Assist agents with scheduling, emails, and phone calls.

Client Communication: Greet visitors, handle inquiries, and relay messages.

Document Preparation: Draft contracts, agreements, and other real estate documents.

File & Data Management: Organize client files and enter data into CRM/MLS systems.

Calendar Management: Schedule property viewings, open houses, and meetings.

Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors, contractors, and inspectors.

Transaction Coordination: Track real estate deals and ensure paperwork is complete.

Office Supplies: Monitor and order office supplies, maintain equipment.

Compliance: Ensure documents meet legal and regulatory standards.
