Quality Control Inspector (PCB/Electronic)

As a Quality Inspector you can expect to:

– Inspect PCB Boards and Electronic equipment and assemblies.
– Substantial knowledge of SMT and Thru-Hole Components.
– Understanding of assembly drawings and BOM.
– Perform Inspection and ensure that the product meets all the Fit, Form or Functions requirements.
– Perform First Articles and inspect products based on AQL Level.
– Ensure conformance to shippers or packing sheets of all parts.
– Perform in-process and Final inspection of electronic and mechanical assemblies, as required to assure adherence to specifications and procedures.
– Assist in the maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment to assure accurate readings.
– Perform FAT, Final Acceptance Testing for all the equipment prior to shipment.
– Requirements:
– IPC 610/ J-STD soldering certification is a plus
– Three or more years related experience required.
– Have knowledge of IPC 610.
– Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
– Ability to use and read micrometers, calipers, electronic test and other measuring equipment.
– Must be able to interpret engineering drawings.
– Must be detail oriented to keep accurate records and files.
– Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Must Meet ITAR requirements.
