– Lead and manage projects focused on process design for new automotive lamp systems and mirror systems assembly lines, as well as jig and equipment development, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets;
– Preparing and revising APQP process documents, including Sequence of Operations (SOS), Manufacturing Process Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams, Key Characteristic (KCC) Lists, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and PFMEA Checklists, Failure/Prevention (F/P) Lists, Equipment Installation and Commissioning Plans, Job Element Worksheet (JEW) Work Standard Documents, Process Specification Documents, Manufacturing Specification Documents, Inspection Trip Reports, and Process Capability Survey Documents;
– Establish and implement problem improvement action plans to address identified issues in the manufacturing process
;
– Develop comprehensive process development plans and schedules for new projects, ensuring alignment with production goals
;
– Update and manage schedules for jigs and molds to ensure timely availability for production
;
– Review designs of automotive parts to ensure they meet quality standards and manufacturability requirements
;
– Conduct activities aimed at improving process efficiency and effectiveness, utilizing lean manufacturing principles and best practices
;
– Collaborate with
the purchase
teams to develop purchase orders for necessary materials and equipment
;
– Perform
simulation
and engineering activities to ensure consistent manufacturing practices and adherence to quality standards
;
– Conduct internal audits to ensure
that processes and related documents comply with
in accordance with International Automotive Task Force

and identify areas for improvement

– Prepare purchase orders for jig and equipment development items and update product development documents and changes for mass production;
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to facilitate smooth project execution
