Project Coordinator – Clearance Required – Remote

MindPoint Group is searching for an experienced Project Coordinator to support one of our Department of Justice programs. The selected candidate will have a breadth of experience across project management knowledge areas, exceptional people skills, and an eagerness to help support the acceleration of commercial sales and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Support Directors and PMs across all project management functions such as risk, cost, scheduling, resourcing/staffing, scope, communications, procurement, and stakeholder management.

Act as a liaison between internal leadership and Department of Justice POCs.

Prepare and deliver client briefings.

Perform all onboarding activities orders and account management.

Work with internal MPG teams to complete tasks as assigned.

Work across key stakeholders to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Develop and organize documentation including but not limited to processes/plans/procedures, statements of work, briefings, presentations, status reports, burn reports, etc.

Ensure adherence to established processes to ensure consistency of service delivery.

Help Department Directors by monitoring the status of all projects in their portfolios and bringing any issues to their attention immediately; make recommendations for issue resolution and execute remediation plans once approved.

Measure and ensure customer satisfaction by developing and delivering client surveys, analyzing results, and making recommendations to Department Directors to improve the quality of services

Required:

Bachelor-s degree required

Minimum six (6) years of relevant experience

Internal drive to prioritize tasks and rapidly advance key initiatives with grit and determination

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable of establishing and maintaining strong working relationships within and outside of the company

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to evaluate multiple courses of action and possible outcomes with a growth mindset

Documentation management skills (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint, Excel) and the ability to use project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)

Attention to detail, especially under pressure and deadlines

Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Desire to work in a dynamic and fluid environment where priorities can shift frequently

Hunger for learning and personal growth

Desired:

Non-technical understanding of cybersecurity service delivery in one or more key areas (e.g., GRC, SOC, Engineering)

Clearance: Applicable US Government Clearance

Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $100-150k. This does not guarantee a specific salary, as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
