1st Shift General Production $17.25/hr

Job Description

– General labor work in a manufacturing environment

– Work near presses, benders, and shears

– Stack finished and raw products for equipment

– Prepare finished goods for shipment

– Inspect final parts for defects

– Use basic math skills

– Mechanical aptitude helps in this role

– Attention to detail, self-driven, and hard-working employees do well here

Hard Skills

Basic math (adding/subtracting)

Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 40 lbs

Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred

This is a fully on-site position in Archbold, Ohio.

Work Environment

Manufacturing operations of hardware

Metal stamping environment

Steel toe is required

Shift: 7a-3p,

Work Policy: 2 points in 60 days is grounds for termination. Candidates need to know that during the probationary period, they need to be at work. Doctors notes still will get pointed.
