Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Candidates will work on various CNC machines including Doosan, Chiron, and others. Responsibilities include working on conveyor lines and robots such as Fanuc, and ABB, and handling various size presses. The role involves mechanical troubleshooting of pneumatics, hydraulics, rolls, bearings, pumps, motors, and valves, as well as electrical troubleshooting of 480V 3-phase down to 24V DC, single phase, servo motors, and drives up to 600 amps. The job requires a 70/30 focus on mechanical vs electrical tasks. Other duties include diagnosing and performing PMs on equipment, basic MIG and stick welding (TIG welding is a bonus), reading blueprints and schematics, and performing general building maintenance including painting, changing lights, and plumbing.

Work Environment

The shift is from 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday with the 7th day being voluntary but available. This is a non-union production run shop. The pay range is $25 to $30 per hour. Entry-level positions start at $25 per hour and require direction on projects, while more experienced technicians can earn $30 per hour and are expected to change out parts on machines, fix machines, and perform most duties with minimal training. A 10% shift differential is available, taking pay to $33 per hour.
