Job Summary
The General Manager contributes to the success of Applebees through the direction and control of restaurant operations to ensure a positive guest experience and company profitability. The General Managers responsibility is to direct the operation of the restaurant, attain sales and profit objectives, and maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation by directing and supervising managers and team members.
Qualifications

– Minimum of 2 years current experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
– High School Diploma or GED, required. Associates or a bachelors degree, preferred.
– Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
– Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a restaurant environment holds
