Job Summary
At Grube, Inc., we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. This role requires a solid understanding of financial concepts, general ledger accounting, and proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping.

Job Responsibilities

a. Assist in managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs

b. Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors

c. Analyzing workflow processes

d. Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors

e. Manage rent payments and other obligations set forth by leases

f. Assist with objectives related to operational efficiency and increasing company profitability

Skills Requirements

a. Effective written and verbal skills

b. Organization and attention to detail

c. Time management and prioritization

d. Problem-solving and critical thinking

e. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

f. Working cooperatively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

a. 1-3 years experience preferred
