The ideal Salesperson is passionate about fashionand stylingandhas the

in-store.

A day in the life

– Set and achieve sales goals, for both in-store anddigital selling
with effectiveuse ofselling tools (inclusive oftextandsocial media)
– Build lasting relationships withcustomers
– Give the best service to our customers on theirterms
– Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style
andfit
– Seek fashion and product knowledge to build yourexpertise
– Work with the team to keep the departmentcustomerready, which
meansfilling orders,stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and
lightcleaning
– Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards programaccounts
– The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week depending
on businessneeds
– This role may requireyouto be flexible to occasionally performing
work/duties in a department other than the one you were hiredinto
