We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the full month-end process, including month-end reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close entries. You will also review and reconcile inventory, manage the companys cash, and prepare monthly reports. Experience in manufacturing is desired, and cost accounting is a plus but not required. You will perform company audits and eventually supervise other accounting functions. Proficiency in Excel for building analysis is essential. Auditing experience is helpful but not mandatory.

This is a fully on-site position in Addison, IL.
Additional Info
This will be onsite at the companys Corporate headquarters with flexible hours. Many employees start at 7 AM, 8 AM, or 9 AM, but core hours during the day are required. Will work directly with the Controller. This position is a newly created role for the team based on growth. This individual will not have manage any direct reports, but will manage the accounting responsibilities with the Controller.
