Overview

This role is key in our sales pipeline, acting as the first point of contact with potential clients. This results-driven role is all about qualifying, nurturing, and converting leads into potential customers. Facilitates proper lead transition ensuring that our sales teams focus on high-quality leads, saving time and boosting sales. Contributes to the achievement of our growth targets.

FUJIFILM North America Corporation, a marketing subsidiary of FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation, consists of six operating divisions. The Imaging Division provides consumer and commercial photographic products and services, including silver halide consumables; inkjet consumables; digital printing equipment, along with service and support; personalized photo products fulfillment; film; one-time-use cameras; and the popular INSTAX® line of instant cameras, smartphone printers, instant film, and accessories . The Electronic Imaging Division markets its GFX System and X Series lines of mirrorless digital cameras, lenses, and accessories to provide a variety of content creation solutions for both still and moving imagery. The Optical Devices Division provides optical lenses for the broadcast, cinematography, closed circuit television, videography, and industrial markets, and also markets binoculars and other optical imaging solutions. The Graphic Communication Division utilizes its extensive industry knowledge to develop fully supported traditional and digital print solutions for industries including commercial print, wide format, and packaging with its comprehensive line of digital inkjet presses, production toner printers, and software. The Industrial Products Division delivers new products derived from Fujifilm technologies including data storage tape products, including OEM and FUJIFILM Ultrium LTO cartridges, desalination solutions, microfilters and gas separation membranes. The Non-Destructive Testing Division delivers radiography solutions to ensure high accuracy inspection of transportation infrastructure, and assets within aerospace, and oil and gas industries.

The Graphic Communication Division is the largest graphic distributor in the US. We deliver world class, state of the art solutions for Ink Jet Printing, Digital Printing, Wide Format, Offset Plates, Packaging, and a full range of traditional Offset supplies. In addition, we are the industry leader in Color Standardization and G7 implementation.

Responsibilities

Quickly engage with inbound leads to capitalize on prospect’s interest in Fujifilm

Establish an automation workflow to maximize engagement

Analyze lead data to determine next steps and assignments

Execute email outreach utilizing campaign management tools, and make outbound calls to enrich prospect information and experience by understanding: Lead profile, Key initiatives, challenges, and most critical priorities – and align them with our solutions

Track and report on lead qualification activities, performance, and provide insights for improvement.

Hold regular lead funnel meetings with key stakeholders to go over campaigns, activity

Update Salesforce regularly to keep all engagement and activities…

Work closely with the broader sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads.

Required Skills/Education

HS Diploma and/or GED.

3-5 years in sales, marketing, or customer service

1-2 years’ experience in lead development or a similar role

Ability to analyze lead data and make informed decisions

Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and or other CRM systems

Experience developing or executing a lead nurturing strategy

Experience writing copy for call scripts, email journeys and nurture campaigns

A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Project management skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).

Track record of achieving sales quotas

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

Computer skills with working knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Skills

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field

Understanding of sales performance metrics.

Previous work experience as a Lead Qualification Specialist, Sales Development Representative, or similar role.

Proficiency in CRM software

Negotiation skills.

Experience in the Graphic print space
