Description:
– Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, and provide solutions to issues.
– Assist customers with opening and maintaining accounts, and process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
– fulfill banking products, such as checking and savings accounts, credit cards, and loans.
– Customer referrals: Identify client needs and refer them to other bank personnel for specific issues or services.
– Customer records: Maintain customer records and update customer information.
Skills & Qualifications:
Collections experience
Telecommunications experience
Banking experience preferred
Nice to have: any banking certifications
