This position has been segmented “Remote Anywhere” meaning the work is completed 100% remote anywhere in the U.S. except Hawaii or United States Territories.

Provides advanced analytics and insights to inform workforce management and planning for HR Operations, HR and various field Operations. The Sr. Analyst, HR Operations will gather and analyze operational data to assess staffing and operational efficiency that have impact to multiple functions. Develops reports and dashboards to reflect trends, key issues and to address business performance. Responsible for partnering with process owners to serve as a liaison between the various functions within HR Operations (HR Shared Services, HR Technology, Corporate Payroll), field and corporate HR, and various field operations. This role actively participates in the Headcount reconciliation process, manages Legal requests for sensitive/confidential data for litigation and compliance related matters, and will actively participate and lead the ongoing maturation of HR Operations analytics and insights.

Main Ingredients of the Job

Provides advanced reporting, analysis and insights, including but not limited to turn-over, staffing, operational performance with HR-related administrative processes related to hiring, staffing, terminating and servicing associates, HR and Managers (people leaders).

Responsible for ad-hoc requests from Legal for litigation or compliance related matters.

Leads or participates in continuous improvement initiatives that impact the end-to-end lifecycle of associates (e.g. hiring, staffing, terminating and servicing associates). Assists in the design and implementation of new processes to support standardization or automation.

Participates in the monthly Headcount reconciliation process, partnering and consulting with Senior HR Leaders, engaging Finance and supporting the Executive Leadership Team to ensure effective communication and execution.

Back up for HR Analyst responsible for the timely publication, currency and accuracy of intranet content for HR related pages. Provides expertise in creation of content to meet guidelines and principles while helping improve usability.

Supports the development, maintenance, and enhancement of programs along with system conversions, upgrades, and business acquisitions.

Works effectively with IT and internal customers on projects and production support activities; recommending and testing solutions.

Identifies functional requirements for system enhancements, issue resolution and new process automation.

Participates in user acceptance testing working with IT to resolve issues.

What You Bring to the Table

Education/Training:

Bachelors Degree in Business, IT, HR or equivalent experience required.

Related Experience/Requirements:

Must possess a minimum of 4 years’ experience compiling operational metrics from disparate systems.

Experience with HR, work force management/staffing and call center data preferred.

Experience working with large data sets to source, clean and analyze data to understand trends and monitor execution of HR processes.

Demonstrated program and project management experience, effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment with very limited to no direction from manager.

Experienced in setting direction and influencing multiple stakeholders throughout project lifecycles, planning and managing associated change and communications.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate across multiple leadership levels both in and outside of the HR function.

Demonstrated collaboration and relationship building skills, including navigating complex, matrixed organizations.

Ability to influence operational efficiency strategies through continuous improvement methodologies (Lean and/or Six Sigma).

Ability to effectively present to audiences at multiple levels of leadership.

Demonstrated ability to merge multiple sources of data and conduct advanced analysis required to identify trends and insights related to staffing and business process efficiency.

Highly flexible, with the ability to identify, analyze and solve problems systematically.

Tolerance for change in a transforming organization and maturing COE (HR Operations).

Experience using Workday and Workday reports is required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Advanced Excel skills including statistical analysis package, VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, multiple sorts, conditional formatting, etc.

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager preferred.

In California , the expected compensation for this role is between $79,300 – $95,000

In Connecticut , the expected compensation for this role is between $83,400 – $95,000

In Colorado, the expected compensation for this role is between $70,800 – $95,000

In Maryland , the expected compensation for this role is between $74,900 – $95,000

In Minnesota , the expected compensation for this role is between $70,800 – $95,000

In New York , the expected compensation for this role is between $83,400 – $95,000

In Rhode Island , the expected compensation for this role is between $74,900 – $95,000

In Washington , the expected compensation for this role is between $79,300 – $95,000
