Job Summary

Maintain and repair machines, mechanical equipment, and buildings.
Maintain plumbing, electrical, and air-conditioning and

heating systems. Work at any number of locations, both indoor and
outdoor.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain and repair machines, mechanical equipment, and buildings

Troubleshoot and fix faulty electrical

Inspect and diagnose problems and figure out the best way to correct
them, frequently checking

blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs

Do routine preventative maintenance to ensure that all locations
continue to run smoothly

Do general cleaning and upkeep of buildings and properties

Order supplies from catalogs and storerooms

Keep detailed records of their work

Personnel Management: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

Education and Qualifications

Essential:

High school education and diploma

BSA and other Bank related training through BAI is required annually

Desirable:

Courses in mechanical drawing, electricity, woodworking, blueprint
reading, science, mathematics, and computers are

desirable.

Experience

Essential:

Knowledge of customer service principles

Relevant computer skills, such as Word and Excel.

Desirable:

Basic working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, general
construction and woodworking.

Licenses and Certifications

Essential: Valid Drivers License

Desirable: Electrical, HVAC, plumbing.
