Job Title: Restoration Project ManagerJob Description
Manage all restoration projects through completion, streamline processes, conduct quality control inspections, and increase profitability. Serve as the main POC for clients, maintaining communication, providing updates, and resolving issues. Source, negotiate, and manage vendor and subcontractor relationships. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion. Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure ROI. Generate and analyze KPIs and reports on operations for management. Lead, train, and manage technicians, estimators, and PMs. Provide feedback and mentorship and conduct performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, as well as IICRC guidelines.
