This position is responsible for the development and execution of the operational strategy to maximize the performance of assigned areas. This role will have operational oversight of ancillary and support areas, as well as Ohio Valley Health Care (OVHC Skilled Facility). These responsibilities include but are not limited to: communicating, directing, planning, organizing, financial/operational monitoring and integration operations to facilitate the delivery of cost effective, high quality healthcare serves in an ever-changing environment. This position will provide the leadership and direction for assigned areas. This position will partner with leaders throughout the organization to drive initiatives, programs and services to enable the organization to deliver on its mission, strategies, and goals. As a member of the senior leadership team, the incumbent will exhibit and promote the mission and values of Camden Clark Medical Center.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Bachelors degree and MBA or Masters degree in healthcare administration or related

1. 10 years of progressively responsible hospital operations experience
