Administrative Assistant/Financial Manager

Will be responsible for administrative responsibilities assigned by the Executive Director, overseeing the recording, classifying and reporting of all funds received and disbursed during the fiscal year, including the responsibility to insure and monitor compliance with Federal, State and Upper Potomac Area Agency conditions and requirements, especially deadlines, and preform general human resources support and bookkeeping activities related to payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable in coordination with professional accounting firm. A college degree in a related field preferred for the position but not required and experience in an administrative role, preferably in bookkeeping/HR role will be considered. Salary range is commensurate with education and experience, with a benefit package including health insurance and participation in a retirement program. Position begins January 1, 2025
