Hogan Construction Group is a fast paced, family owned, mid-sized Commercial General Contractor working in the Southeastern United States. We are seeking an entry-level Project Controls Administrator to join our team in our Atlanta Office. Candidates should be detail oriented, self-starters who enjoy the challenges of interesting and diverse projects.
Requirements:
An Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree preferred.
Previous Commercial Construction experience desirable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong work ethic, detailed oriented, flexible, team player.
Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask.
Experience using web-based Project Management Solutions; Procore experience desired.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office products, Bluebeam, and Adobe.
Current Notary Public in the State of Georgia preferred.
Duties:
Review and send out all Contracts, Change Orders, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Order Change Orders that have been completed by the Project Management Team.
Track, review, and process all Contracts, Purchase Orders, and Change Orders through the execution process.
Process both internally and externally fully executed documents for Vendors and Subcontractors.
Be the AIA contract software administrator and create official AIA contracts and change orders from information provided by others.
Track and organize all Owner billings and internal financial cost projections.
Serve as the Procore Administrator for the Atlanta Office. Setup users, projects, contracts, and financial data in Procore for the Project Management Team.
Assist Operations Team with all tasks as assigned.
Assist in answering the Main Office phone lines as needed.
