Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic
Overview / Job Description :
Aircraft Mechanics will be performing Phase Maintenance and Modifications for UH-60 aircraft. Phase Maintenance will consist of PMI 1 and 2. Mechanics will be performing extensive work on the main and tail rotors, engines, hydraulics, flight controls, etc. Modifications will include but are not limited to avionics upgrades, crew compartment upgrades, weapon system / payload upgrades and overall updates to the Blackhawk platform.
Pay Rate : Starting Pay – $36.00 an hour (candidates are eligible for raises once converted direct), per diem split available to eligible candidates
Shift : Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (10 hour shifts)
Employment Terms : 6-month Contract to Hire (or indefinite contract, your choice)
Position Requirements :
Ideal candidates will have 4 years of Aircraft Maintenance Experience
UH-60 (or similar platform) experience is required
Phase Maintenance / Depot Level / Heavy Maintenance experience required
Aircraft modification experience is a plus
