DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Franklin Meadows is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join their team

Provides physical therapy services to patients per a written physicians plan of care and as defined in the state Physical Therapy Practice Act. The Physical Therapist implements, with minimal supervision, quality physical therapy services for patients in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within agency policies and procedures.

ASC Therapies Mentorship Program

Scheduled meetings as part of normal work week
Opportunity to clinically collaborate with experienced clinicians

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
Indiana therapy license or ability to obtain one
Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
Compassion, empathy and a positive attitude
