Team Leader

Job Title: Production Team Leader

Job Description

We are looking to add Team Leaders to our team

As a Team Leader, you will support the supervisor by monitoring the line for slow-downs, bottlenecks, or any employees that may need assistance

You will become knowledgeable of all positions to effectively cover employees for restroom breaks or unexpected absences

You will accurately track all line production and rejects to ensure good counts on finished parts

Visual quality checks may also be required, and you will communicate any issues

You will need to arrive 15 minutes before other employees to prepare for the day and send out daily emails with production numbers

Shift

2nd shift 2p-10p

Required:

1 years of Production Team Lead Experience

Computer Skills – Microsoft Office and SAP/ERP

Must be able to work some overtime
