Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Candidates will be responsible for all maintenance and PMs on machinery

They will work primarily with the maintenance team

Troubleshooting and evaluation of mechanical malfunctions for repair planning

Perform a wide range of repairs to 4 axis Horizontal CNC equipment including but not limited to mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic

Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and mechanical blueprints

Experience with Fanuc controls, ladders, and parameters

Machine geometry adjustment and or re-build to OEM specifications

Predictive maintenance program development

Annual asset performance evaluation

Facility maintenance such as compressors, cranes, hydraulic pumps, etc.

Shift

1st Shift: 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday – Friday
