Part Time: 15-25 hours per week | Shift Examples: 8am-4pm; 10am-6pm; 12pm-7pm/9pm | Wage: $13.50 per hour

Position Summary:
As a Guest Services & Reservations Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests and team members calling Bavarian Inn Restaurant. Youll handle our multi-line phone system and assist with processing reservations while sharing information with various departments in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage reservations and provide accurate information to guests.
– Upsell promotional items and special event packages.
– Handle guest inquiries and deescalate any situations with professionalism and optimism.
– Perform administrative and clerical duties as requested.

Required Availability:
Availability must include at least 1-2 weekday shifts and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
