3371 EXT: Tuesday – Saturday (T-F 1400-2100, Sat 0800-1700) Job Duties Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education High School Diploma/G.E.D. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.
