Marketing Coordinator

Excendio Advisors is seeking a part time Marketing Coordinator, with potential to transition into full time.

Key responsibilities include: 

– Supporting the Marketing Director in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan
– Planning and managing marketing efforts for trade shows, conferences, events and meetings
– Supporting the developing of marketing deliverables, including social media posts, blog posts, videos, webinars
– Monitoring and analyzing metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns.
– Managing marketing databases, providing administrative support

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, e-mail marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.  Ability to work independently and within a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills combined with creativity. This is a part time position with potential to transition into full time.
