Pay Rate: $17.00HR to start | Depending on experience

Job Summary:

Mon-Fri, 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Description:

We are currently seeking an office clerk to join our dynamic team at a truck and trailer Repair Company. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company by providing administrative assistance and ensuring smooth workflow in the office. Responsibilities:

– Maintain and update files, records, and databases

– Assist in managing company schedules and appointments

– Answer and direct phone calls and emails

– Prepare and distribute documents, including invoices and purchase orders

– Coordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance services

– Monitor and order office supplies as needed

– Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks

Requirements:

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

– Strong organizational and multitasking skills

– Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Attention to detail and accuracy

– Prior experience in an office or administrative role is preferred, but not required
