Description:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for our plant. Responsibilities include repairing and maintaining machinery, managing work requests, minimizing downtime through preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities required. Full-time position with potential overtime.

Responsibilities:

– Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery.

– Diagnose and repair mechanical issues.

– Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

– Respond promptly to maintenance requests.

– Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

– Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

– Assist with new machinery installation.

– Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

– Collaborate with production and quality teams.

– Keep work areas clean and organized.

– Participate in training programs for new techniques.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.

– Proficient knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.

– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

– Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
