Emergency Room Technician

JOB REQUIREMENTS: As the Emergency Room Technician (ERT) in Amery
Hospital & Clinics Emergency Department, you will perform routine
treatments, assist in the collection of patient specimens (urine, stool,
and finger stick blood glucose) and provide clerical support to staff
such as ordering supplies. In this role, you must be able to prioritize
the urgency of patient needs, initiate the appropriate interventions of
care and accurately report patient data to RN in a timely manner. Work
Schedule: 12-hour shifts; scheduled based on department needs Required
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications: Completion of National EMS program Current
EMT, AEMT, Paramedic or CNA license in the state of Wisconsin Experience
in EPIC computer system. Three years experience as a CNA, LPN or EMT
