JOB REQUIREMENTS: Part-Time Weekend Caregiver Needed! Are you a

recruitment process of an in-home caregiver for a fellow community

Stress-No Forced shifts-working 1:1 in the individuals home? Do not
delay, lets talk today! Flexible Scheduling! Schedule: Every other
weekend, 4 shifts available 8a, 11a, 2p & 8p Available fill in hours
during the week Short Shifts-all shifts are 1 to 1.5 hours except
for 2pm which is 2 hours Pick the shifts that work best for you!
Hiring multiple candidates! Wage: $17 per hour Tasks include but are
not limited to: Meal Prep Housekeeping Med Support Personal Cares
including bathing. Incontinence support and Toileting Transfers
utilizing an Easy Stand Ideal Candidate: Female Motivated Caregiving
Experience Reliable Kind Willing to take directions. Community Horizons
offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs
through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I
Self-direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program
participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive
