JOB REQUIREMENTS: DIVISION:U.S. EnergyPOSITION SUMMARYIn this senior
sales role, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for
identifying end-use markets for U.S. Energy to expand its renewable
natural gas supply offering. Leverage existing and emerging portfolio
solutions to assist end-users as they build decarbonization strategies,
incorporating U.S. Energys ability to supply renewable natural gas and
manage credit generation and monetization, and optimize their emissions
management processes. Positioning U.S. Energy as subject matter experts
on the environmental and economic benefits of using renewable natural
gas in their industrial or fleet operations. The Business Development
Manager will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead
generation to implementation. They will also be responsible for customer
satisfaction and retention of existing business. Reporting to the
Director of Business Development, this role will be a key member of U.S.
Energys business development team and be responsible for generating
qualified leads within target market segments, collaborating with
internal stakeholders, and executing U.S. Energys sales strategy
through closing. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Execute on sales and marketing
strategies within target markets in collaboration with the entire
business development team Develop sales territory to meet and exceed
profitability goals as defined by the strategic plan, annual sales
budget, and desired levels of market penetration for overall volume,
margin, and product line Maintain outstanding levels of customer service
Keep customers current with updated pricing information; maintain
accurate and up-to-date notes relating to customer contact and
promotional activities. Communicate effectively to build relationships
with internal cross-functional teams including Legal, Engineering, IT,
Finance/Accounting, etc. Maintain accurate and up-to-date files relating
to customer contact, details, and promotional activities Identify,
manage, and submit RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses to prospective customers
Assess and monitor competition in the territory while identifying
potential and/or lost business Travel to customer locations to sell
products & services, establish relationships and solve problems Identify
customer requirements for new products and services, and introduce new
products to ongoing accounts Develop additional and new profitable
