JOB REQUIREMENTS: R&E Senior Manager – Experimental Mill – 873663 As the
Senior R&E Manager you will lead KCNA Innovation Capabilities
Experimental Product, Technology, and Process Development at the X-Mill
site, you will provide cultural leadership to drive safety, innovation,
adaptation, and experimentation with a growth mindset within X-Mill,
across KCNA Innovation Capabilities, and KCNA Family Care. You will be
responsible for delivering an exciting and strategically sound
Innovation Capability Plan to develop and scale processes and products
for North American tissue, towel, and wipes product and technology
expansion, including capital, resources, and timing connected to
priority strategic technology bets. Additionally, you will enable the
development of new-to-the-world technology by creating best-in-class and
flexible pilot assets to support new capabilities. In this role, you

adaptation, and experimentation with a growth mindset within X-Mill,
across Kimberly-Clark North America Innovation Capabilities Group, and
Family Care Product, Process, and Technology Development. Deliver an

following qualifications: 15 years or more of experience in durable
or non-durable product and technology development. Prior experience
in both people and strategic leadership roles. A Bachelors degree
in an engineering discipline such as mechanical, electrical, chemical
engineering, or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience in
operations, maintenance, engineering, and capital management. Ability
to travel up to 10% of the time, as needed. Prior experience in
operations and/or maintenance. Prior experience in a people and
strategic leadership role within an operating manufacturing facility.
