Leadership Skills:

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:

– Support the business in cross-functional projects to drive
organization advancement

– Assist in upholding internal and external relationships for sales and
marketing department

INCREASE REVENUE:

– Provide leadership and managerial expertise focused on increasing
revenue

RELIABILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY:

– Demand accountability through honesty, transparency and authenticity
in all communications

– Stress reliability and accountability to colleagues, dealers and
customer

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:

– Evaluate performance and implement strategies for positive
improvements

GROWTH & TRAINING:

– Advance sales efforts through educational and experiential growth
opportunities

Sales Management Skills:

– Establish clear expectations and assign performance goals to develop
team members

– Track and assess sales to achieve monthly budget and align
expenditures with current performance

– Conduct and tabulate market research of distribution and product end
users to align sales strategies

– Monitor the sales and marketing activity of competitive products in
the field

– Develop assessments for dealer positioning and brand prioritization

– Implement strategic performance plans and sales programs, identifying
incentives and driving sales

– Support territory mangers in modifying area of responsibilities to
attain revenue growth

– Complete annual ride-alongs with the sales staff

– Develop and maintain strong dealer/customer relationships

Marketing Support Skills:

– Collaborate with product marketing on initiatives focused on dealer
support and market penetration

– Oversee promotional efforts, executing progressive initiatives with
our dealers

– Continuous evaluation of market potential and product opportunity

– Advocate for marketing efforts that align with company objectives and
increased sales performance

– Assess and monitor markets through research and strategy for optimum
product penetration

– Confidently advise on proposed regional marketing plans based on
collected data and facts
