Patient Service Specialist Float

The Patient Service Specialist provides essential administrative and
clerical support across multiple clinic locations. Employee works as a
part of the care team performing those clerical duties necessary to
prepare patients for a visit. Greet patients, checks patients in and out
and collects fees. Ensures that accurate patient and insurance
information is collected and entered in the EHR. Answers telephone,
takes messages and makes appointments. Attendance is an essential job
function. Employees will receive mileage reimbursement for travel
between clinic locations.
