Treasury Management Lockbox Operations Representative

Under the guidance of the Lockbox Operations Manager, the incumbent will
support the operational delivery of Lockbox. The Lockbox Operations
Representative is responsible for processing daily lockbox transactions
which include some moderately complex tasks. The incumbent must maintain
a high level of production and accuracy daily.

What Youll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)

– Open, sort and scan customer documents received through US mail via
local courier. Requires operating high-speed imaging and extraction
equipment.
– Verify negotiability of checks through customer specific
instructions for processing.
– Enter data into system accurately and perform quality control
reviews to ensure accurate delivery of Lockbox services.
– Perform reconciliation, cash deposit, shred, equipment maintenance
and other duties according to schedule.
– Provide high-quality customer service via email, phone or other
channels.
– Make timely decisions regarding routine duties and refer non-routine
situations to manager.
– Assist Lockbox Manager in training new associates.
– Assist Lockbox Manager in setups of new and maintenance of existing
lockboxes.
– Recommend procedural and workflow changes to enhance quality and
productivity.
– Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the
banks BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This
includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and
adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known
violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any
suspicious customer and/or account activity.
