Location: Kent, Washington
Position Type: Contract-to-Hire (3 Months)
Pay: $19-22 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm
Description:
Step into a vital role as a Production Batcher at our fast-growing specialty beverage manufacturing company! Here, youll incorporate
and mix ingredients to create liquid batches, monitor kettles for any issues, and ensure that all processes are followed to the letter before production. Youll be an essential part of our team, keeping the wheels of production turning smoothly and maintaining the highest quality standards.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Equipment Handling: Assemble, disassemble, and inspect filters, gaskets, and seals on all equipment.
Ingredient Verification: Check and verify all ingredients from the prepping area.
Formula Compliance: Comprehend and follow formulas to exact specifications.
Mixing Accuracy: Accurately follow steps to place ingredients into the mixer(s).
Processing Standards: Adhere to processing standards set forth by Eagle.
Temperature Monitoring: Monitor and document temperature as a critical control point to
comply with food safety regulations.
Sanitation: Ensure all contaminated products are properly discarded and equipment is sanitized.
Timely Mixing: Provide timely mixing of batches to keep production on schedule.
Quality Assurance: Uphold high-quality standards, employing a “clean as you go” method.
Equipment Operation: Operate, maintain, and clean mixer(s) and tank(s).
Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
