Staffmark Drivers is hiring for a Monday – Friday DAY TIME (6am start) driver no touch job. Does it get any better? Yes! It pays $30 per hour OT after 40 hours.
What to expect: You will shuttle from one warehouse location in Kent, WA to another location and return after unloaded. You may be asked to assist in warehouse if there is some delay in loading or on slower days. This is dock to dock delivery for a company looking for a 6 week assignment beginning October.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Maintains safe operation and clean appearance by complying with organization operational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state and local driving rules and regulations.
Maintains delivery, truck, and driving records by obtaining receipt acknowledgments; recording tracking information; completing driver log and truck performance forms.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of one year verifiable driving experience.
Clean MVR – no more than 3 violations/accidents or combination in past 36 months
Must be dependable and able to able arrive at your scheduled shift
Ability to communicate issues with delivery or shipment to dispatch for resolution as the need arises.
Ability to work as a team member with peers.
Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Hazmat endorsement (Preferred – but not required)
