Responsibilities You will review, write, and coordinate the preparation and delivery of program and acquisition documentation required to support or meet program and project milestones with internal and external organizations. You will provide technical guidance, assumptions, conduct and review economic and cost estimates/assessments such as rough Order of Magnitudes (ROMs), cost analogies, and Basis of Estimates (BOEs). You will manage team members to develop plans and techniques to improve processes, implement recommendations, and conduct problem solving exercises. You will establish, develop, and approve methodology to conduct analytic assessment in accordance with developed and published project plans You will gather, synthesize, manage, and present data to determine, update, and maintain credible and relevant metrics. You will formulate recommendations and make written and oral presentations to report status, convey information, interpret data, and request decisions from senior leadership of internal and external organizations. You will perform the administrative and human resource management functions relative to the staff supervised. You will establish guidelines and performance expectations for staff members, observe workers performance, and conduct work performance critiques. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Reviewing cost estimates, developing contractual documents, writing and reviewing acquisition documentation, and performing various supervisory duties. Education Additional Information These MARCORSYSCOM Supervisory Program Analyst positions are located within the Program Executive Office for Digital and Enterprise Services within the Platform Application Services (PAS) and Cybersecurity and Operational Services (CaOS) portfolios. The PAS portfolio includes infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) offerings, as well as identity, credentialing, and access management (ICAM) and Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) solutions. The CaOS portfolio delivers technical solutions to manage, secure, and defend data and cyber resources via Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) capabilities and service offerings. This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
