Role Description
The Integration Program Manager is responsible for the Gen 2 program integrated schedule including gathering commitments from the cross-functional team, tracking critical path to start of production, and driving accountability for execution. This role works closely with the Senior Director of Advanced Product Development to define and build the program rhythms and mechanisms including milestone definition, program reviews, and executive communication. You will work alongside Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Test, and supporting functions to develop and mature a product concept into a commercial product that meets program performance, schedule, and cost targets, and execute manufacturing development activities to enable and deploy commercial-scale production.

This role is onsite at our Weirton, WV factory and relocation assistance is available.
What youll do:

Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate the top-down corporate strategy and milestones into a detailed roadmap with timelines and deliverables.

Develop schedules and execution plans communicating critical paths and key decision milestones.

Work closely with Functional Program Management team members to track execution and monitor program health; flag when program health is at risk or needs a critical decision or mitigation.

Prepare and lead cross-functional reviews to escalate issues and enable program execution.

Develop, manage, and roll out cross-functional program-wide processes and shepherd process execution.
What youll bring:

10 years of experience in a program management role within a technical & hardware field

Bachelors degree in a technical field, such as mechanical or electrical engineering

Demonstrated experience in full product lifecycle program experience from concept to launch
