To qualify for this role you must be located in the following states (West Virgina, Georgia, Virginia, Tennessee or Kentucky)

The Process Engineer is responsible for executing process deliverables in support of capital projects, evaluating improvement opportunities through technical studies, and supporting corporate sustainability initiatives. The successful candidate will work effectively in multidisciplinary teams at multiple sites, leading the process design effort to accomplish business, environmental, and safety goals with minimal oversight.

Essential Functions:
Write technical reports to document basis of design and/or justify recommendations
Develop project P&IDs and Process Flow Diagrams
Provide process data sheets for equipment and instrumentation
Data collection and review (equipment files, operating data, maintenance records, technical reports, industry standards, etc.) in support of deliverables

Qualifications:
10-15 years Process Design Engineering or related field
Experience working in a production facility preferred
Knowledge of ANSI, OSHA, NFPA, ASME, API and other code and regulatory requirements.
Good analytical abilities and adept at problem solving. Presentation of calculations and results in an organized manner and orderly record keeping are necessary skills.
Expansive knowledge of the chemical industryand process engineering workprocesses

Education:
Bachelors degree in chemical engineering or a related fiel
