No mortgage experience is required for this fully remote sales role.

Role Details:

While the income potential is significant, this role is challenging with
a steep learning curve. The majority of our team members in the Loan
Officer role earn between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, with top
performers exceeding $100,000.

For the first 3-4 months, youll start as a Homebuying Specialist with
a focus on loan origination. You will receive hands-on experience in the
mortgage industry and further develop your sales talents, while working
with prospective customers at the earlier stages of the loan process.
During this period, youll earn $20/hour and be eligible to earn
performance-based bonuses. Upon meeting our specific performance goals
within the expected timeline, youll be eligible for promotion to the
Loan Officer role, which comes with an annual base salary of $60,000
plus uncapped performance-based bonuses. Additionally, those promoted
will also receive a one-time bonus of $5,500.

Of course, pay will vary since pay is based on various factors,
depending heavily on performance. Neighbors Bank offers various

officer you will learn the mortgage process and understand loan products
to play a vital role in fulfilling Neighbors Banks mission of
Enhancing Lives through helping clients into homes. This inside sales
role involves contacting clients who have reached out to us, so no cold
calling is required.

We are currently hiring in the following states: AZ, AR, FL, ID, IA,
KS, KY, MS, MO, MT, OK, SC, TX, UT, VA.

Job Duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

– Educate borrowers on the loan process and assist them in identifying
appropriate financing options.
– Interview borrowers to obtain and verify information and
documentation.
– Analyze borrowers credit, income, and assets for prequalification
or denial of loan applications.
– Process borrower credit information through an online approval
system.
– Structure loans and issue pre-approvals, including interest rates
and fees.
– Secure proper documentation and manage the loan process through
closing.
– Inform borrowers about future loan documentation requirements.
– Regular follow-up with borrowers and their realtors to facilitate
various stages of the loan process.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
