RELATIONSHIP BANKER (PART-TIME) – CHELMSFORD, MA

What You’ll Do: As a part-time Relationship Banker in our Chelmsford branch, you will use your unique skills to expand relationships with current customers by identifying financial needs, processing transactions efficiently and offering appropriate products or services. You will enhance consumer and business relationships by maintaining customer portfolios and offering appropriate products and services to exceed customer needs. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor. Knowledgeable at using, advising and engaging customers in digital and other self-service technology. Anticipated schedule (approximately 26.5 hours per week): Tuesday 10:45 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.; Wednesday 8:00 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.; Friday 10:30 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.; and Saturday 8:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

Requirements: High School diploma or general degree (GED); and two years related professional sales/supervisory experience or one year teller experience/training; or equivalent combination of education/experience. Must have an understanding of a consultative relationship building process.
