A&H Reinsurance Pricing Actuary
How does this role contribute to our collective success?
This role leads the pricing analysis for our North America A&H Reinsurance business.
What will you do in this role?
• Conduct pricing analysis for proportional and non-proportional A&H treaty business
• Calculate pricing metrics for each treaty, including rate change and technical ratio walk
• Collaborate with underwriters on communicating pricing rationale to brokers and clients
• Periodic deep dives into performance of individual accounts

What you need to have:
10 years of experience and 5 years of A&H Reinsurance work.
Ability to learn new tools quickly.
What we prefer you to have:
Experience of pricing proportional and non-proportional A&H treaties, working with MGUs, and exposure to Employer Stop Loss business.
Role Factors:
In this role, you will typically be required to:
Work independently on pricing analyses
Collaborate with underwriters and other pricing actuaries
Communicate effectively with brokers and clients
What we offer:
For this position, we currently expect to offer a base salary in the range of $180,000 to $210,000 (NJ) and $160,000 – $190,000 (GA). Your salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including your specific experience and work location.
In addition, you will be offered competitive target incentive compensation, with awards based on overall corporate and individual performance.
