Technical Team Lead
In the role of Technical Team Lead, you will be a part of driving the Digital Technology agenda by enabling Products and Services based on business needs within clients systems. Lead, coach and develop a team within an area to deliver maximum value to the consumers with measurable impact while building trust across the organization.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the roadmap and delivery of one or multiple Products or Services in an area, based on consumer feedback, changing needs and new technologies, to secure fulfilment of business needs
Responsible for the operational activities and daily running of the assigned Product(s)/Service(s), ensuring they meet the defined agreements, KPIs and OKRs, as well as ensuring compliance towards legislations, policies and other requirements
Manage stakeholders and work closely with the assigned Product Owners or Engineering Managers and all groups within the Group Digital organization in order to deliver digital Products and Services
Drive the transformation of the assigned Product(s)/Service(s), in alignment with the overarching strategy and roadmap for the Technology Service Area, to ensure it adheres to modern principles and frameworks
Proactively enable the transformation of the Product(s)/Service(s) and build a delivery based on a high degree of automation and self-service, to serve consumer based on requirements
Contribute with coaching and insights to activities initiated within the Technology Service Area aiming to create a modern digital foundation in order to support speed, growth and flexibility
Lead and manage the team focusing on building industry leading capabilities and a service offering that stays relevant to consumer needs
Support in building a digital mindset and an engineering culture that is accountability and results orientated to make the team work independently
Responsible for recruitment, performance, competence and career development of individuals in the team to achieve the service delivery
Review risks and compliance as well as take needed actions concerning adherence to legislation, policies and other requirements in order to stay compliant
Manage the financials, i.e. budget, allocation and forecasts, follow up cost development and proactively drive improvements in cost efficiency of the delivery
Qualifications
Basic
High School Diploma or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
At least 4 years of relevant experience in Technology Service Delivery or equivalent
Preferred
Formal qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science or any engineering equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership within Technology Service Delivery or equivalent
Good documented leadership skills with experience of leading others, preferably in a team of similar size and impact
Proven knowledge and ability to transform and optimize processes and behaviors
Preferred: Experience of working in an Agile and DevOps working set-up
