The Opportunity
The Administrative Assist will assist the EISEP Program Coordinator with overall management of the EISEP Program.
Type correspondence, program reports, memorandums, and meeting notices.
Answer all senior division calls, providing information and connecting clients with the appropriate program.
Assist program coordinator and AVP with preparing documents for the annual OFA assessment.
Recording contributions and sending thank you letters on behalf of EISEP Program.
Assist with scheduling meeting/conference room for various administrative, building and senior program staff.
Ordering office supplies for EISEP Program and all programs Coordinator supervises.
Manage the petty cash account of the EISEP Program.
Arranging for repairs of office equipment.
Work with the program coordinator and supervisor to develop data base to record and track case assignments to maximize follow up and quality assurance.
Provide documentation and billing for the SAFE program.
Assume other tasks, responsibilities and projects assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of office experience with diverse clerical and administrative responsibilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill required.
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Proficiency with MS Office Applications.

Additional Information
Schedule: F/T, 35 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Salary: $22/hr
