Garden Gate Health Care Facility in Cheektowaga, NY, is looking for an energetic, patient-oriented, and customer service-driven individual to join our team as an Admissions Concierge to join our elite team of health care professionals.

Our nursing and rehab facility comprises compassionate, dependable, courteous, and informative individuals. These premier traits are the keys that guide us to create a cohesive culture for those who live and work in our facility.

The successful candidate will have a variety of duties, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

Ensure all subacute rehabilitation rooms are properly cleaned, maintained, and beds are made and ready for new admission.

Welcome new residents and their families into the facility.

Make daily rounds to discuss any resident concerns or issues

Maintain a daily log with questions, concerns, and issues raised, and follow up on the steps taken to rectify the situation.
