Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer. Responsibilities You will define and prioritize NAVAIRs long-range operational requirements for IT/IM support. You will represent NAVAIR to provide official inputs for and comments on Navy and DoD policy pertaining to IT/IM customer support and operations functions. You will lead efforts required to project and determine requirements and associated funding and other resources necessary to fulfill IT/IM customer support and operations requirements. You will provide technical and management oversight for the implementation of major Enterprise-wide customer service and operations program initiatives. You will lead the implementation of new policy and process guidelines, provide briefings and interpretations of new policies and guidelines. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12/13 grade level or NH-3 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading the selection and application of analytical techniques to perform the capability baseline analyses and infrastructure/Cloud planning analyses; 2) Lead the implementation of new policy and process guidelines, provide briefings and interpretations of new policies and guidelines; and 3) Providing technical and management oversight for the implementation of major Enterprise-wide customer service and operations program initiatives Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/2200/information-technology-it-management-series-2210-alternative-a/ Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
